Et nous voici reparti pour une nouvelle journée à Hawaï, petite dej dans notre toute nouvelle cantine (#MelMag) avant de profiter d’une matinée à continuer de découvrir à pied Honolulu.
Et comme tout bon voyageur nous avons craqué et fait quelques dépenses 🎁.
Dans un sens, le stand by et la valise cabine nous frêne, mais bon on arrive toujours à trouver un peu de place. On avait pourtant décidé qu’étant donné notre place très limité, on devait juste faire une photo de ce qu’on souhaitait offrir !!! Mais comme d’habitude on a laissé le plaisir d’offrir passer dessus!
Ensuite direction l’aéroport en bus pour récupérer notre voiture de location. Grâce à un upgrade surprise, nous voilà au volant de notre Black Bumblebee, wouhou! Mais après un tour de parking étrangement bruyant, nous avons changé pour une White Bumblebee décapotable !!! Re-wouhou!! (Bon, on sait, tu n'es pas une vraie Camaro, "juste" une Mustang, mais notre Bumblebee quand même!)
Cheveux au vent, nous voici en route pour faire le tour de l'ïle. Le soleil joue à cache cache avec les nuages (heureusement, sinon nous serions pleine de coups de soleil, ah, les decaptotables...), mais il fait chaud et les paysages restent magnifiques.
En chemin, quelques stops pour s'en prendre plein les yeux, océan à perte de vue... surfeurs sur leurs vagues, food trucks à volonté... Pause pour la nuit à Mililani au centre de l'île.
On commence à faire des projets, plus qu'une journée à Hawaï. Et aprés, vers où nous poussera la vent??

Off we go again for a new day in Hawaii! Breakfast at our new favorite joint before heading out for a last walk around town. And as usual, we broke down and spent a little money 🎁.
In a way, traveling stand-by and only with carry-on luggage slows us down a little, but we always seem to find a little more space. We had decided that because of our limited space, there was only going to be a picture of the intended gift!!
After checking-out, we took the local bus to the airport to get our rental car. Surprised upgrade got us a black Bumblebee (M's nickname for our car!), woohoo! After a noisy tour of the airport parking structure though, we returned it and got a white cabriolet Bumblebee. Re-Woohoo!!! (Ok, we know Bumblebee is not real Camero, "just" a Mustang, but our Bumblebee nonetheless!) So off we went to drive around the island. The sun is playing hide-and-seek with the clouds (luckily otherwise we would be completely sunburnt, ahhh, the cabriolet...). It is still warm and the landscapes are beautiful.
A few stops along the way, ocean with no end... surfers on their waves, food trucks... Spending the night in Mililani the middle of the island.
Starting to think about where to next, we have one more day in Oahu. And then, where will the winds send us??
